Your Questions, Answered

Copper jewellery naturally develops a rich patina over time, giving each piece its own unique character. To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, and remove it before swimming, showering, or exercising. When not being worn, store your jewellery in a dry, airtight container or jewellery pouch to help reduce tarnishing. If your piece begins to lose its shine, simply polish it gently with a soft jewellery polishing cloth or a specialist copper cleaner, taking care around any gemstones or crystals. With a little care, your handcrafted copper jewellery will remain beautiful and can be enjoyed for many years.

As a small business owner who does everything by hand, I try and make sure every piece of mine is made to the best standard possible. Unfortunately, because of expenses and costs on my end, I do NOT accept returns due to no longer wanting an item. The only way I would accept returns is if there was a fault on my end, such as your piece breaking or the wrong item was sent. If you have any questions on this or would like to reach out to me to discuss your reason for wanting to return, I'm happy to talk to you and decide what the best decision moving forward would be.
